Shipping & Returns

For purchases over $300 shipping is free across Canada. The shipping rate for orders under $300 within Canada is a flat fee of $20. Please contact info@houseoflilykoi.com for US and international shipping rates.

If you require expedited shipping please email us to arrange- please note there is an extra fee for this service. We use standard shipping rates and shipping times may vary through Canada Post. 

All standard shipments please allow 5-7 days for handling and between 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. 

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. 

All orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or Stat Holidays will be processed on next business day. This could result in an additional 2 to 3 days for fulfillment.

If more than 15 days have passed since your order was processed, please email us at info@houseoflilykoi.com to request a review on the status of your order.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All House Of Lily Koi sales are FINAL SALE. At this time we not accepting returns; either in store or online. Please double check the items condition both in the product description and photos prior to purchase.

House Of Lily Koi may accept returns as exchanges or store credit. Please email info@houseoflilykoi.com.

 

HOUSE OF LILY KOI APPROVED RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Local customers may choose to bring their item(s) back to our store, please bring the items you wish to return within 5 days of having purchased it, along with its receipt for an exchange or in-store credit. 

House of Lily Koi is not responsible for return shipping of items.

To ensure swift cancellation of your order, please contact House Of Lily Koi (info@houseoflilykoi.com) within 12 business hours following payment. Note: Once the shipping process has started, we are unable to cancel the order.
